My first attempt didn't turn out too well.
Puffy tops but hollow inside.
Used Trader Joe's Almond flour which has the almond skins ground up in it. Ok it you don't mind the speckles.
(With some leftover blackberry buttercream....someone told me it looked like ham! Ha!)
Think I folded too much.
I'll try again!
