My first attempt didn't turn out too well.

Puffy tops but hollow inside.

Used Trader Joe's Almond flour which has the almond skins ground up in it. Ok it you don't mind the speckles.
(With some leftover blackberry buttercream....someone told me it looked like ham! Ha!)

Think I folded too much.

I'll try again!

Not too shabby for a first attempt....I think they look hip and french....nice work.

I think these look like a great first attempt. And that blackberry looks AMAZING. Looks much better than ham to me :)
