Jessica from CookBookHabit chose these beauties for TWD.
This recipe is the very first recipe I made after receiving my Baking: From My Home to Yours cookbook last August. Of course, I was the only one in the house eating them so I had to put them in the freezer so I didn't eat them all at one time. I believe I just finished the last cookie 3 days ago.
Unfortunately, I didn't take any photographs of them...just believe me when I say they were awesome! I did have the same problems a lot of other bakers did with the dough crumbling when slicing. I just mooshed my cookies back together and baked. Some were a little misshapen but they all tasted just fine. I couldn't risk making them again without having somewhere for them to go. .
