TWD: Oatmeal Breakfast Bread

It's gonna be a quickie.

Natalie from Oven Love chose this week's TWD selection.

A yummy breakfast bread to which I added dried tart cherries.

No butter here...just applesauce and canola oil to hold it all together. Lots of cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of cloves. A quick topping of brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans.

Baked for an hour and came out perfect.

I should have doubled the recipe.

Dried tart cherries sounds delicious and especially good with those spices.
